Nos encantó la ubicación céntrica en el casco antiguo, cerca de todos los lugares de interés. Además, tuvimos la suerte de encontrar un parking público al girar la esquina, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y las camas muy cómodas. Por último, el trato del personal fue excepcional, siempre atentos y amigables, respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas y recomendando lugares para visitar.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned and fresh towels provided every other day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts. The staff went above and beyond, treating us like VIPs and always being helpful and polite. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station that allowed for easy transportation around the city. Additionally, staying in a regular neighborhood gave us a unique opportunity to experience the local life.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Istanbul. First of all, the staff were amazing - so helpful and polite, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our 9-day stay. They even offered cleaning services, fresh towels, and snacks every second day, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, with the hotel being close to a shopping mall, taxi station, pharmacy, bakery, and grocery shop. This gave us the opportunity to experience the local life and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms had beautiful lighting, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Everything was perfectly fine, no complaints at all.
